If You PIN IT, It Might be Made...

If you follow Melissa over at Melly Sews, you might remember a post of hers from last week..... Her spring / summer wardrobe collection had a 'hole' in it, and she asked her readers to help fill it! So we scoured our pinterest inspiration boards {where we get many of our ideas for our nieces' wardrobes} and linked up a suggestion for a pattern for her to create - using her special twist and design, of course.

Today, she announced the last pattern in her spring / summer collection......and it was based on our link! YES, YES, YES!!  It was a double-fist pumping moment in the house today!!  We were thrilled she selected our recommendation....and are equally as excited about using the future pattern in our nieces' wardrobes!

**As a side note: NO Project Run & Play Sew-Along for us this week {ie: Boy's Week}.....No nephews for us!! While we could round up some cute models, we are so behind on other sewing - we have opted out.  Oh, and then there is this little thing called "Love is in the Air" Challenge!!  Get ready: If all goes as planned, both girls should have an outfit for this challenge. And, for our facebook friends,  be on the lookout for some 'teasers' in the next few days regarding the girls' wardrobe additions....
